On July 2nd, 2022, Equality Connecticut had the great pleasure of hosting its very first community event, the Post-Pride Brunch. Over 50 members of the community (and one very friendly dog) joined us in the Gazebo at Lakewood Park in Waterbury for a morning of delectable treats and queer joy. Attendees were treated to delicious wraps, waffles, muffins, and beverages provided by Waterbury’s own Baker & Honey, all soundtracked by the incredible DJ Chris Gallo.
