Calling all Connecticut LGBTQ+ advocates! Equality Connecticut calls on advocates to meet at The Connecticut State Capitol at 9:30 AM on April 24, 2024. As the state legislative session reaches its final weeks, we must make our voices heard.
As queer and trans people, we are fighting for our reproductive rights, mental health services that treat us with the dignity we deserve, and safe, welcoming schools for LGBTQIA+ young people!
On Wednesday morning, Equality Connecticut’s team will be in the South Lobby of the Capitol, distributing folders with critical messages and key talking points for our legislators. We will help you find your representatives and relay your messages to them.
